View Lawson Hills

Lawson Hills, as the name implies, is generally made up of hillside neighborhoods. Many homes will have striking views, even to downtown Seattle. As a hillside community, architecture will be critical as many backyard elevations will be visible from below.
Lawson Hills encompasses 371 acres and is located primarily east and north of Historic Black Diamond. It includes: 1,250 residential units in both single and multi-family dwellings as well as approximately 390,000 square feet of space for employment uses including commercial, retail, restaurant, office and light industrial use. One elementary school site has been designated on the property. There are 144 acres of open space, trails and land for recreational use.
