Adventures in Building a Rain Garden The Villages and Lawson Hills Master Planned Developments will employ similar techniques to help reduce phosphorus laden runoff into Lake Sawyer. In fact, we have committed to a “No Net Increase” plan regarding phosphorus runoff into Lake Sawyer from the developed portions of our projects.
