King County laying temporary pipe along Auburn Black Diamond RoadBeginning the week of April 24th, King County will be laying temporary pipe along Auburn Black Diamond Road in the vicinity of The Villages MPD. The pipe will be used to temporarily draw down the water level in Horseshoe Lake to avert potential flooding concerns. The water will discharge into an existing gravel borrow pit located on The Villages property. The water will infiltrate into the aquifer. YarrowBay is cooperating with King County but not participating in the work performed by King County.
