September 23rd 2008

On Tuesday September 23rd, from 3:30 to 5:30 PM, the City Council and Planning commission along with City staff and YarrowBay Representatives will be taking a walking tour of The Villages property. This tour is an official public meeting. The assembly location is the main gate off Auburn Black Diamond Road, just west of Lake Sawyer Road SE.

September 22nd 2008

Builder’s Supply, a contractor working for YarrowBay, will begin decommissioning and removing three underground storage tanks at 26122 Lawson Street in Black Diamond. Work will commence September 22nd, and will likely occur over several days..

Summer 2008

Black Diamond Landscape will be performing field maintenance on YarrowBay property, predominantly on the Lawson Hills parcel. They will be mowing pastures to reduce fire risk and removing invasives/noxious weeds. They will work periodically throughout the summer.

Week of July 2nd:

Builders’ Supply will spend approximately two days mowing the edges of an existing access roadway through YarrowBay’s property known as Parcel B (located on the north side of town near the Coal Car and Mountain Bike trails).

Geotechnical Exploration on the Villages property

Associated Earth Sciences Inc, a consultant for YarrowBay, will be performing geotechnical exploration on the Villages property in Black Diamond.

Late May through the Beginning of July:

Triad Associates, a consultant for YarrowBay, will be performing survey work on the east side of Black Diamond in the Lawson Hills area. This work is expected to continue through the beginning of July.

Approximately Every 2 Weeks:

A consultant for YarrowBay, Golder Associates, will be visiting points within the City as part of a periodic surface water monitoring program. Visual observations and notes will be made, and photographs may be taken.

Maintenance

Builder's Supply NW, hired by YarrowBay, will be around the west side of town performing maintenance on YarrowBay property. The maintenance is necessary to close unauthorized vehicular access points.

March 17th - March 28th, 2008

HRA, Inc., a consulting firm hired by YarrowBay, will be conducting site surveys on YarrowBay’s Village property March 17th through March 28th, 2008.

February 26th - March 3rd, 2008

HRA, Inc., a consulting firm hired by YarrowBay, will be conducting site surveys on YarrowBay’s Lawson property February 26th, 2008 through March 3rd.

January 19, 2008 - Saturday
YarrowBay is hosting a Community Open House to provide neighbors with an opportunity to learn more about our plans in Black Diamond.

January 16-18

Geomatrix, a consultant working for YarrowBay, will be in Black Diamond between January 16-18 measuring and recording background sound levels. Measurements will be taken with handheld equipment and some equipment stationed in place on YarrowBay’s property for 24 hours.

January 2008

Triad, a consultant working with YarrowBay, will continue to conduct topographic surveys on YarrowBay’s property through January 2008.
