November 29th 2007 - Thursday

On November 29th, YarrowBay Communities will begin digging geological test pits on their property. This work has been permitted by the City of Black Diamond and is scheduled to be completed by December 11th.

Week of October 29th - November 2nd

A consultant for YarrowBay, Golder Associates, will be visiting points within the City as part of a periodic surface water monitoring program. Visual observations and notes will be made, and photographs may be taken.

Week of October 8-12, 2007

Transpo, a transportation consultant for YarrowBay Communities, will be working in the City of Black Diamond on Thursday, October 11, 2007 between noon and 5:00 pm. Their activities will include documenting existing traffic conditions at key intersections and roadways. In addition to taking detailed notes, they will also document the conditions with photographs to highlight key transportation features such as intersection approaches, traffic control, signage and striping, etc.

October 16-17, 2007

A consultant working with YarrowBay Communities will be documenting traffic volumes in Black Diamond on Tuesday, October 16 and Wednesday, October 17 during peak travel times from 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Employees for the consultant, Trafficount, will staff each intersection during this activity and will manually document traffic volumes using an electronic count board.
