You are an important part of the YarrowBay process

YarrowBay Communities is currently in the process of planning the future of our land holdings in Black Diamond. This process involves three important steps: first, we studied the land; second, we began working with the City to understand its vision and goals; and third, we are reaching out to the community as a whole to gather input, suggestions and comments from residents and stakeholders. Collectively, these three steps are critical to creating the best and most appropriate land and community plan for Black Diamond.

YarrowBay’s plans are also strongly informed and guided by the City’s Vision Statement and YarrowBay Communities’ Guiding Principles that shape all of the development work we do. The January 19, 2008, Community Open House is YarrowBay’s next step in a series of meetings to help gather input from citizens and stakeholders on the project.

We invite you to learn about YarrowBay’s plans and offer your input, suggestions and comments. The opportunity before all of us is great. We have the opportunity to apply the principles of smart and sustainable growth to shape a community that honors its history, respects its environment and inspires its future.
