Dear neighbor,

Black Diamond is a very special place to live. It is one of the few remaining historic communities in King County and has witnessed both the missteps of unplanned growth and the benefits of smart growth. Building on this, the City was able to create a vision for how they would like to see their community grow and thrive. This vision embraces smart growth and recognizes the value of preserving open space while bringing new families, jobs, retail services, municipal services, schools, police, fire, parks and trails to serve this vibrant and growing community.

As one of the largest landholders in Black Diamond, YarrowBay applauds this vision and is committed to doing our part to fulfill it. A key element to our success will be active citizen and stakeholder participation. We want to hear from you. This is our invitation for your participation.
