Download Design Concept and Land Use Plan for Schools YarrowBay is committed to working closely with Enumclaw School District, parents, citizens and the City of Black Diamond to assure land is available for the proper number of schools as the community grows. The number of potential school sites and their locations are not yet finalized and cannot be for years, until the need for certain school sites is triggered by pending population growth, and the School District completes its due diligence review for each possible site.
