YarrowBay is guided by five leading principles: Community, Sustainability, Partnership, Diversity and Creativity. We firmly believe in our mission to “Create value for our owners, investors and employees by creating better places to live, work and play in the Northwest.” Part of YarrowBay’s commitment is “to create communities that enhance the lives of the residents by reflecting true diversity of ages, incomes, lifestyles, activities, ethnicities and backgrounds.” We believe that a vast majority of people who love this region and make it their home agree with and share these values and commitments. A wide variety of home types and traditional architectural styles will be offered. This includes new smaller designs, for younger families starting out and retiring baby boomers, as well as more traditional home types. The goal is to create a diverse and vibrant community mixing people of all types who want to share the unique benefits of the rural character of Black Diamond.
