YarrowBay’s strategy is to attract retailers and a mix of office and commercial uses, as well as light industrial, if the market allows. Both office and retail centers will be designed as attractive, small town-inspired, pedestrian-oriented neighborhood gathering places. Building architecture will be inspired by rural and small town heritage and scale. Special emphasis will be placed on sustainability and careful stewardship of the environment.
